Complaint: step by step:


  1. Print and fill out a complaint form.
  2. In order to obtain the shipping address please contact the Customer Service Department Chiara:

    A complaint may also be filed in the boutique stationary, in which the purchase was made. Contact Customer Service is then not necessary.
  3. Goods should be delivered together with the original proof of purchase and a complaint form.
  4. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  5. Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt of your product.
